Leadership Philosophy
"I always believed that leadership is a lifestyle. Leadership effectiveness is impossible without consistency, and this can only happen if you're consistent in every area of your life. As a leader, I always try to encourage everyone to do their best. I like to focus my thoughts on what is possible even when things seem impossible, and that's the message I like to send to my team. One leader that I have admired since I was a teenager is Mary Kay Ash. My favorite quote from her and my motto is 'It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure'."
